Questions and answers
How does the free trial work?
After signing up, activate the trial in your dashboard. You get 5 days on the Standard plan with no payment. The trial is available once per account.
How do payments work?
Top up your balance by SBP (from …) or with crypto (from …). The amount is turned into days at your plan's daily rate, so 150 ₽ on Standard gives you 30 days.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, at any time in your dashboard. The time you have left is converted at the new plan's rate.
Which app do I need?
We recommend Incy: it's free and available for iPhone, Android, Windows, macOS, Linux and TV. v2RayTun works too. Your dashboard has one-tap setup and a short guide for each device.
What happens when my time runs out?
Access pauses until you top up again; your account and settings stay as they are. Link Telegram in your dashboard and we will notify you there.
