1. Introduction

Your privacy is our priority. This Privacy Policy explains how NetAdmin collects, uses and protects your information when you use our website, Telegram bot and connection service. Our principle is to collect only the minimum data needed to provide and maintain the Service.

2. No activity logs

We do not keep logs of your internet activity: we do not monitor, record or store what you do online.

Specifically, we do not collect:

• browsing history or the websites you visit;
• traffic data or the contents of your communications;
• DNS queries.

3. Data we collect

To manage your subscription and keep the Service working, we collect the following minimal data:

• Account data: email address, username and a securely hashed password, used to sign you in.
• Telegram data: if you link Telegram, your Telegram chat ID, used only to send automated notifications (for example, expiry reminders) and to give you access to the bot.
• Payment data: your transaction history (amounts, dates, types) to keep your balance. We do not store full card numbers or sensitive banking details; payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers.
• Operational data: aggregate figures such as the total traffic used by your account (to apply plan limits), and the list of devices connected to your account (device model and system) so you can see and manage them.

4. How we use your data

We use the information we collect only to:

• create and manage your account;
• process payments and extend your subscription;
• provide support and answer your questions;
• send important service messages, such as balance reminders or security notices.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. We disclose information only when required by a legally binding request from law enforcement in a jurisdiction we recognise, and only the minimal account data we hold, which does not include browsing activity.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption and secure server configuration, to protect your account data from unauthorised access, alteration or destruction.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct or ask us to delete your personal data at any time. To request deletion, contact support. Deleting your account ends your active subscription without a refund.
