1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NetAdmin VPN (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

NetAdmin VPN provides virtual private network (VPN) services, including secure and encrypted internet access. We offer various subscription tiers ("Standard," "Premium," "Ultimate") which determine the number of allowed devices, data limits, and server availability.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

  • Engaging in any illegal activities under applicable law.
  • Distributing copyrighted material without authorization (piracy).
  • Sending spam or participating in any form of cyber-attacks (e.g., DDoS).
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email, username, password, and Telegram linking codes). You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. NetAdmin VPN cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

The Service is provided on a prepaid basis. Funds added to your "Virtual Balance" are non-refundable and are used to automatically renew your subscription at the end of your billing cycle. If your balance is insufficient, your access to the Service will be suspended until funds are added.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, NetAdmin VPN does not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications. We are not responsible for any delays, delivery failures, or other damage resulting from such problems.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting an announcement on our website or sending an email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
