Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using NetAdmin (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

NetAdmin provides a secure, encrypted connection service for accessing the internet. Plans (Basic, Standard, Premium and Ultimate) differ in the number of devices you can use at the same time, the amount of traffic and the server locations available.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• any activity that is illegal under applicable law;
• distributing copyrighted material without authorisation (piracy);
• sending spam or taking part in any form of cyber-attack (for example, DDoS);
• attempting to gain unauthorised access to other computer systems.

4. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential (email, username, password and Telegram linking codes) and for all activity under your account. NetAdmin is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from a failure to keep them secure.

5. Payments

The Service is prepaid. Money you add to your account is converted into days of access on your plan and is non-refundable. When your days run out, access to the Service is paused until you top up again.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be affected by limitations, delays and other problems inherent in the internet and electronic communications, and we are not responsible for delays, delivery failures or other damage resulting from them.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if we believe you have broken these Terms.

8. Changes to these terms

We may change these Terms at any time. We will announce significant changes on our website or by email. By continuing to use the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
